Delete your data

The short version. For our mobile games, your progress lives on your phone, so clearing the app's data or uninstalling deletes it. For LifeNovel, email us and we delete your account and stories within 30 days.

Cozy Duck Diner and LowLand Roastery

These games store your progress only on your device. We do not have a copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

To delete it yourself:

  1. Open Settings → Apps on your Android phone.
  2. Choose the game, then Storage.
  3. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data). Uninstalling the game also deletes it.

Little Duck Pond

Your pond is saved on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, also in your Play Games cloud save.

  1. Delete the data on your phone as described above.
  2. To delete the cloud save, open the Google Play Games app (or play.google.com → your profile), go to Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, and delete the data for Little Duck Pond (Ao Vịt Nhỏ). Google's menu names may vary slightly.

Advertising data (all mobile games)

Ads in our games are served by Google AdMob using your device's advertising ID. We do not hold this data ourselves. To reset or delete your advertising ID, open Settings → Google → Ads on your phone. To ask Google about data it holds, see myaccount.google.com.

LifeNovel account and stories

To delete your LifeNovel account, email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my LifeNovel account".

  • We confirm your request, then delete your account, your worlds, stories, images and exports within 30 days.
  • Unused credits and any active plan end when the account is deleted. If you want to keep your stories, export them first.
  • We keep purchase and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and nothing else.
  • Data in backups is overwritten on our normal backup cycle.

You can also ask only for some data to be deleted — for example a single world — or for a copy of your data first.

Emails and job applications

To delete emails you sent us or a job application, write to [email protected].
