About the game
Warm an egg in the straw nest, then look after the duckling that hatches: feed it, bathe it, cuddle it, let it swim, sing it to sleep at night. Every bit of care nudges it toward one of five leanings — Water, Flower, Sun, Moon and Love.
When it is fully grown, its strongest leaning and the egg it came from decide its breed. There are 74 breeds across 11 egg types to record in the Duck Book, plus secret breeds for the curious.
Between the cuddles: tend a garden, go fishing, catch fireflies at night, send ducks on trips to bring back postcards, and arrange the pond exactly the way you like. Ducks never die — while you are away, they simply wait for you.
